i so agree.. that though external sources can act as a mode of motivation but it wldn't work and shldn't work far....to excel further esp in a contact sport is to work the brain and push yourself internally. No one is responsible for yourself as much as you are....Revel in intrinsic thoughts & motivation and you will be rewarded... it works...many times...try it!
